In just a little time "Albert" emailed me a new registration number showing my new email address and a new link to download the dmg from. I originally registered with an email that has since gone defunct, I was having a problem with an upgrade, (I think I deleted something I shouldnt have?) I emailed them with my original registration number and email, then gave them my new email. Its just a great product at a great price! Customer Service is SUPERB! They get 10 Stars from me.
